Purchasing -

To puchase items online, add items to your shopping bag. Choose from one of the brands on our left hand shopping toolbar. Click on the product photo to learn more. To purchase select the quantity, size and color; and add it to your shopping bag. Fill in your secure online order form. Once your finished shopping, submit your order. We'll send you an email confiming receipt and the status of your order. We will make every effort to find the right pieces.

Sales Tax -

The appropriate sales tax will be added to your final invoice for the following states;

Shipping -

We only ship within the continental United States. All shipments are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). All confirmed orders are processed for shipping the folloiwng business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holoidays).

-2nd Day Air: $22.00
(arrives in 2 business days when ordered before noon PST, monday through friday, excluding holidays)
-Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii (2nd Day Air Only) $22.00

Tracking -

Tracking numbers are emailed to you at the time of shipment, with tracking numbers to make it easy for you to follow the shipment.

Returns-

If you are not delighted with your purchase from Simple Life, you can return it to our store in downtown Seattle (Returns) at 201 Pine Street, Seattle Wa 98101.

Instructions for returns will be included with your shipment. We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.

Exchanges-

We will do everything we can to accommodate an exchange request. Our ability to process the exchange is based on product availability which is not always guaranteed.

Price Adjustments-

We offer our customers a one-time price adjustment on the first markdown of full price merchanidse, if the markdown occurs within 14 days of the original order date.
